Chargeback Policy
Uniclip provides a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with our service, you can apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and returned to your original payment account.
Chargeback Consequences
After applying for a refund, your paid account will be downgraded to the free version immediately. You will lose access to all paid features, but your data and basic functions will remain available.

For technical issues or service interruptions, we may consider refund applications on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact our technical support team first.
